Jasper National Park Engagement Session
Jasper Engagement | Jasper Wedding Photographer | Jasper Photographer
I have known Dave and Ainsley probably since I was sixteen and we all worked at Cactus Club together which was roughly…2009. Holy shit, TEN YEARS AGO! So crazy! Ainsley and I were hostesses and Dave was one of the sues chefs. While I can’t remember the year these two fell in love, it feels like time has flown but remained such an adventure while watching them grow from a distance as I left the company in 2014. Ainsley and Dave have a very-handsome-almost-two-year old named Oliver who goes by Ollie and my ovaries were basically a puddle on the floor when I met him in Jasper National Park. Auntie Leslie, who’s wedding I am also doing in South Africa joined Ains and Dave to babysit while we hungout and took photos. Les, you ARE, auntie of the year! Ollie loves you, and so do we! We may or may not have had our date crashed only one time..
Dave + Ains get married in August 2020 in Crowsnest Pass. They are my last wedding of the 2020 summer before I finalize my moving plans and skip off to wherever we are planning to go. We are hopeful for BC - but very unsure where quite yet. With 2019 already feeling like it is half way through, I can’t help but think about all the fun that is coming up for the 2020 year.
Majority of my sessions are in the mountains these days and to be fairly honest - I never compain about it. I feel like I can’t be out here enough and I am so grateful to be only a short distance away from photographing mountain weddings, mountain elopements, and mountain engagement sessions. The national parks are all within a short driving distance of my location and I love it. The drive seems to feel like nothing anymore! If you want a session like this - don’t hesitate at all to reach out!
